I stayed at Arbore for a week while exploring Tayrona National Park and La Guajira, and it was perfect! The friendly staff helped with public transport and stored our luggage. The hostel had all the necessary facilities like a kitchen and clean bathrooms. The location was great, just a short walk to restaurants and the beach. I loved the atmospheric vibe of the place, with its high ceilings and wooden colonial doors. Definitely a unique and peaceful option for those who prefer character over generic hotels.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

Our stay at Arbore was truly amazing! The hostel's location in the heart of the city center made it so convenient for exploring. The cozy and comfortable dorm rooms were tastefully furnished and provided plenty of space. The beds were perfect and functional, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite a few minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom, the overall cleanliness of the hostel was top-notch. The staff, particularly the passionate owner, Marzio, were friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We couldn't recommend this hostel more!

Affordable private rooms with balconies in an atmospheric, colonial-style building. Functional amenities including air conditioning, shower, and power sockets. Convenient location near restaurants and the beach. Friendly and helpful staff with 24-hour reception.

Value for money was great, with comfortable beds and individual sockets for charging stuff. The location was super central, near the church and a short walk to the beach and bus to Minca/Tayrona. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond by keeping my forgotten GoPro safe for me.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe by offering more variety.

We really got great value for our money at this hostel. The room was spacious with a private balcony and a lovely view of the square. The location was perfect, with good restaurants and the beach nearby. The staff was super friendly and helpful, giving us tips and even providing us with a map to explore the city.
Breakfast offerings could have been improved with a wider variety of choices.
